These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website of Antuna & Associates, Attorneys (“Firm,” “we,” or “us”). The Firm is a Texas professional limited liability company with its principal office in Bexar County, Texas. By accessing or using this site (the “Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept every provision herein, do not use the Site.

- Only the Site’s home page may require filing with the State Bar Advertising Review Committee, and it will be filed or exempted in accordance with Rule 7.04.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to the Site shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
13. Dispute Resolution; Jury-Trial Waiver
By using the Site, you and the Firm waive any right to a jury trial in any action or proceeding arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site.
14. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after such posting constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
